Degree / Transcript Verification

Important Notice !
  1. Organization, Alumni & graduated students can apply for verification only. An email of verified credentials will be sent to the applicant.
  2. For hard copy verification, separate application form available on NUST website under link “Downloads > Verification of Documents > Verification Form-NUST may be used.”

Verification Guidelines

  1. Fill application form
  2. Deposit Verification fee
    • For Local Students / Organization: Rs. 1000 through Fee Invoice
    • For Organizations outside Pakistan: USD 35 through Bank Transfer
      or Rs. 9700 in case of payment through Fee Invoice
  3. Payment can be made through Telegraphic Transfer (from abroad in USD only) to following NUST Bank Account:

  4. Verification Response (upon confirmation of fee payment)
    • For Degree: within three (03) working days
    • For Transcript: within five (05) working days
